Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I)

CBT-I is a first line evidence-based therapy that effectively treats insomnia without the use of sleeping pills. CBT-I is a structured program that helps you identify and replace behaviors and thinking that can cause or worsen sleep problems with habits that promote sound sleep.
